Our Technology

We developed a patent pending HIPAA-compliant pipeline for image acquisition and analysis called CUPID: Cardiac Ultrasound Pipeline for Intelligent Diagnostics. We use a combination of state-of-the-art neural networks and computer vision algorithms to automate time consuming and error prone steps found in the clinical workflow.  CUPID will increase the accuracy and efficiency of echocardiogram interpretation and will be available as a cloud based service worldwide.

Our Services

Data de-identification / anonymization

While working with our clinical partners, it was necessary to develop tools to remove personal health information / personally identifiable information from DICOM files. We offer a secure cloud-based pipeline to de-identify and save your clinical data to an access restricted location for 30 days. The original files are processed in memory and never saved or stored and the output format is HIPPA compliant. Please contact us if you are interested in using this service for your team.

CVAI Label Tool

Data labeling and curation are critical components for researchers interested in model development and evaluation. Unfortunately there are few, if any, tools specific to Echocardiography designed for rapid view and measurement labeling that is also customizable. We created a tool to assist our research team label and organize echocardiograms that is compatible with our de-identified image and video data. Please contact us for more information.
